Russia have enough problems and it should concetrate energy in solving them , instead of opposing west over Kosova . Russia was against Slovenian independence too in 1991 , but today they must respect Slovenija as EU member and equal partner in state matters . One nice and suny day Russian prime will come for visite in independent Kosova and talk about war in Chechnija , searching for models how to find solutionfor chechnia problem ...

I have to admit...

I agree 100% to the albanian stand that a decision has to be made 10 dec this year. I also agree that no further discussions should be made!

The decision must be, according to international law and the Un:

NO INDEPENDENCE FOR KOSOVO!!!

End of discussion!

FYI trade has to work both ways for the economy of Kosovo to improve. Serbia is Kosovo's second biggest trade partner. What can Kosovo possibly offer countries like the USA, Germany, UK, France etc.? Kosovo should not be so quick as to destroy relations with those countires that actually matter to its economy.

Clean Cut,

Hahha, sorry, you make me laugh. First I was made to believe every Albanian LOVED the A-plan. And now you say: no A-plan.

Well, you are part of Serbia. But A-plan WITHIN SERBIA is fine with me!

Sure! Russia wants to send a monkey to Pluto as well, but that's just another problem that only they have to deal with. As about Kosova, there are gonna be no more talks after Dec. 10, as there is gonna be no one to talk to.

No Ahtisaari Plan!
Full Independence and Souvereignity For Kosova Now!

"Alban actions beyond Dec 10th are irrelivent. If you declare independence and no one recognises you it doesnt matter. Not to us not to u and certainly not to anyone else. If US recognises you still means nothing. If Germany, France, England, half of muslim countries recognise you still nothing."

FYI, we shall still declare independence no matter what Srba thinks. EU doesn't have a united foreign policy, yet EU doesn't have one single foreign minister, that means it is not necessary for EU to recognize Kosova independence as a block. Those countries that you mention (USA, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Macedonia, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, + 30 more "muslim" countries) are more than enough for Kosova to function as a country with its foreign policy.
As far as Srba representing Kosova in the international stage that has been nullified 8 years ago, and it's just a daydreaming to hope for a comeback to that.

The only thing that should matter to u is recognishion by the EU as an entity, and not individually. Otherwise its all for show. But on the international stage there will only be one country that represents Kosovo and that will be Serbia. CCCC

How long for?
Until the situation in Kosova gets out of hands and then Russia and Serbia blame the West? There would be NO AGREEMENT when it comes to SOVEREIGNITY OF KOSOVA between the Serbian government and Kosova. Can't you see that or don't you want to see. You can talk for seconds, minutes, hours, days, months and years about an issue and not agreeing. The decent thing that we can do in a democratic world is "to agree to disagree" in a civilised way.

Troika means nothing anymore...we're in the last month and negotiation after negotiation, there has been nothing but another scheduled appointment.

The time for talks is over, let the declarations begin!

miri

Troika has no saying on what K-Albanians will do after December 10. Troika's mandate as negotiators ONLY will last until December 10. Until then K-Albanians have promised not to take any unilateral step in the spirit of "finding a compromise". If Serbia keeps refusing all solutions offered by K-Albanians then there is not much left to do after time runs out on December 10 other than declare independence. Serbia has already failed to keep Kosova within itself, two decades ago.

Troika is divided so there will be no independence. No matter how much US hopes for it. Its just another failed project of theirs. CCCC
