They are all flabbergasted Gino how their wonderful allusions of Serbia have been dealt a moral blow. The handicapped and mental hospitals money was spent on the wars in Croatia ,Bosnia ,Kosovo also making thousands of people in those countries maimed handicapped and mentally scared for life by their Serbia. B92 forgot to put that fact down that the other world news papers noted. What a moral shame on Serbia to do that to the weakest and defenseless of their society.

Ida what are you talking about when the Serbian government paid 300 million for a telephone Co in Srpska. 100s of millions of euros of other investments their also and no interest loans. The monies was their all the time to take good care of the patience the reality of it all is they have their priorities.

This is an embarassment for those of us who are proud of our heritage. I saw a television report on the institutions and saw the children who appear to be starving to death. Sramota!

If NATO didn't bomb up the hospitals, schools, roads, bridges, heating plants, electricity grid, apartments, homes, etc. then maybe Serbia would have funds to pay for adequate staffing and rehabilitation help for these severely mentally and physically handicapped.

But hey, where is the same outrage for the abuse of Serb children in Kosovo who are stoned on their way to school or who can't get treatment in ethnic Albanian run hospitals. Several Kosovo Serb children have suffered for the discrimination and MURDER at Pristina and other Kosovo hospitals.
