Victor says…”I've never been anti-Serb! This is your opinion”

Dear Victor and (André, Kébec, Kanada, Mensa, Arthur, Julien,Laurent or Apostrophe),

All of you look very foolish and unprincipled making such a claim when your own words contained in your frequent rants prove that you are anti-Serb.

Just a few gems of yours … “Exaactly, and I do not understand why the Serbs on this board believe that the Serbs should have been recognized In Croatia as a nation: they were simply a minority.” or “IT WOULD HELP TO CHANGE the negative image we have of you all.”

One of the worse comments you made…“Serbs are Orthodox, but not Christians”

Why deny your true feelings Victor, André, Kébec, Kanada, Mensa, Arthur, Julien,Laurent and Apostrophe? It is too late anyway, you put them in writing.
Your belief in the dangerous concept of collective guilt and frequent use of “all Serbs” clearly proves that you are anti-Serb.

Those are some serious allegations Victor..And yet very incorrect.

If the Hague couldn't prove it, don't try and convince the Serb posters here..
I mean, considering that Milosevic (the big fish) was behind bars for a long time, and yet nothing got resolved.

Victor, the problem is....
You keep holding the Serbian nation hostage with Milosevic's regime. Somehow you tie Serbian nationalism with the Communist leaders and criminals, and yet, they're two totally different idealogies..
War, and especially Balkan wars, are never cut and dry like that.
Your forumla of Milosevic=Nationalist=Genocide=Greater Serbia isn't correct. I suggest another hypothesis..

And if it's Serbian denial that angers you....Don't worry, they're only taking a copy out of the Croatian pagebook of history and following instructions..
It seems to have worked out for the Croats quite nicely.

The bones of the Serbian people west of the Drina have long fought for survival...That of which you couldn't even begin to comprehend Victor.

Yeah right Olf...
But unlike the Albanians, Serbs aren't allowed to turn the story around, by erecting monuments and displaying Serbian flags, and getting the peace that they've long deserved..Gotta love that US foreign policy Olf..

To top it off, the survivors that managed to stay in Krajina have shown WAY more respect than any Albanians within Serbia..

In fact, i loathe that this website calls them Croatian Serbs...
How's about this B92...

We'll start calling everybody Serbian Croats, Macedonian Albanians, and Serbian Albanians??

There was a Canadian documentary on this last week. Canada's major Newspaper, The Toronto Star featured a short article about it in their Saturday Nov 3rd TV Guide. They erroneously stated that it was about Serbian soldiers who brutally murdered Croatian civillians in Croatia.

I sent a request for a printed correction and apology from the newspaper. They have not responed to any of my emails/calls.

«The point I make is that the international community downplays the crimes against Serbs...»

The point is that the international community know that the Serbs have participated in a joint criminal enterprise to commit a genocide against a population, and doing so, as a judge at the ICTY once said, «committed an orgy of crimes and atrocities» against helpless civilians.

This is the main reason why the international community downplayed the crimes against your nation.

The Serbs have yet to show massacres of Serbs identical to those in Vukovar or in Srebrenica.

To the international community, the crimes against the Serbs is a drop in the ocean, mcompared to all the physical and psychological damages they have caused..

The point I make is that the international community downplays the crimes against Serbs and this was just one of many, many crimes against Serbs.

Further, you have to note that the Hague is not trying the case and that the newspapers and reporters, outside of B92, are not carrying this news or going on about the Croats' murders of Serbs.

Additionally, the Canadian soldiers aren't being allowed to testify before the ICTY as they wanted and to show their photographs of the murdered civilians, including women who were tortured and burned by the Croats.

Plus, I read today in Croatia's news about the exhumation of a Serbian man who was murdered with his family (including his Croat wife) by Croat paramilitaries in February 1992.

The NATO countries do not care about justice for civilian Serbs because their court they created and funded is to serve their own agenda.

They only have a few token Croats and Muslims, who get light sentences and are mainly in their for crimes against each other during the Croat-Muslim war which was not the western agenda. The west wanted the non-Serbs to ethnically cleanse, murder or harass Serbs with their backing.

Unfortunately, many of our Serbian posters don't share yur views. They are prompt to overact when I point at the atrocities committed by their people, and very slow to react when it concerns non-Serbs! Usually, posters like Ida and Ratko, always have many arguments to minimize the facts.

Yes....
Women burned in their basements, and men with their hands tied behind their backs and mutilated are collateral damage...

Considering what the Canadian troops saw in all of this, and their engagement with the Croatian troops....I'm really surprised that the truth hasn't eventually come out..

Canadian troops stood their ground..
To the troops......Great job!!
To the politicians..Let the truth be told about Medak.
Stop the cover up...

Yes, collateral damage - nice.

Another worthless member of the legal profession. Its no wonder so many politicians are drawn from the ranks of ammoral, money grabbing lawyers.

«An ex-Croatian Army lawyer said that “damage“ caused during the Medak Pocket operation was of a “collateral nature.“»

THIS IS A LIE. This is completely untrue. I have read much on the Medak Pocket, and what happened in the village under the command of Ceku is a crime against humanity, and I hope Ceku will be held responsible.

«It was in the Medak Pocket that the men of the 2nd Battalion of Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry came face to face with the savagery of which Ceku was capable. Over 200 Serbian inhabitants of the Medak Pocket were slaughtered in a grotesque manner (the bodies of female rape victims were found after being burned alive). Our traumatized troops who buried the grisly remains were encouraged to collect evidence and were assured that the perpetrators would be brought to justice.»

"and I consider the damage caused as being of a collateral nature,"

- straight out of the US military textbooks and used in the endless excuses for civilian murders in Iraq and Afghanistan today. Of course these are not war crimes [sic]!
