DSS rejects EU mission prior to Kosovo settlement

Olf earned postponement of EU membership? Do u watch the news? As for techinicallities all that matters is that no administration that is not previously stated in 1244 cannot take absolutely any responsibilities from the UN mission already there. That is without Belgrades blessing via UN council. Thats that.

They should have used the time since 1999 to REINTEGRATE in Serbia!!

Mr. Mladenović seems that he not so well informed. ESDP needs no UNSC approval lso ESDP does not replace UNMIK, it only takes some of their responsibilities. Mr. Mladenović is right that Serbia prevented new SC Res. replacing 1244 and is taking the risk of a worst scenario. Russia backed Serbia and gained back it’s reputation but what has Serbia gained. Here what Serbia earner with this:
Managed to keep the failed politicians
Earned more time with corruption and organised crime
Earned postponement of EU integration…

massimo, come on, don´t act as if you would not understand what is actually meant in that article! you´re better than that.

first of all:

KFOR is no organic entity, made up of one single body...no, it is a group of several sovereign countries, each of them capable of withdrawing own soldiers if the necessary legal requirements cease to exist.

so, as a matter of fact, there wouldn´t be any need to expel anybody...they would leave on their own.

and furthermore, I am really interested to see which country will send it´s "sons" to do that dirty job in case they have no mandate by the international community...

Ok , but what difference does it make to Serbia? They`re out in both cases. And the people would be the same. EU structure , EU personnel , just named UNMIK.

your wishes, about what "should be done by the international community" are psychologically easy to understand...

but you should know for yourself that these are mere wishes.

THEY do not care about your wishes.

He recalled attempts to replace Resolution 1244 with a new one, pointing out that the Serb side managed, with the aid of Russia, to prevent this in the Security Council.
And what all this means?!!!
It means, try with new resolution, Serbia and Russia willl make sure nothing will be approved by UNSC (using VETO)...
Where does this lead?!!! Is this so called compromise? Is this maybe konstuctive role?!!!
Serbian politicians will do anything it takes just to keep situation as it is now. This is how they will stay in their soft chairs and this is what they care about.
What about people living in Kosovo?!!! Of course, as usual Serbian politicians do NOT care.
It's very visible. We just just need the courage to admit it.
And, what is most annoying?!!! International community is still trying to make them accept / find / inovate a solution.
With regards to Kosovo, I believe Serbian "leaders" will not say yes to any agreemnt, appart for the ones that can be changed as the times come and as per their needs. And this is going to ast for a long time. Therefore I do believe International community should seek for a solution that is in the best interest of all people living in Kosovo. That's INDEPENDENCE. This will make all people living in Kosovo Independant, not only Albanians but also Serbs, Romas, Egiptians, Croats, Muslims... Everybody living in Kosovo should be Independant specially Independant from Belgrade and Russia...
Sorry guy's but we have a life to live and looks like Russia and Serbian politicians do not care about it. Why and for how long will we have to respect them and their politics?!!!
