"Spanish king" = leftover of feudalism.

By conrast Chavez has brought hope to millions of Venezuelans. Never mind all you so-called "defenders of democracy", Chavez has won more elections and referendums, usually by over 60%, than all other northa nd south american leaders combined (and at least he was elected, unlike the clown in the very "White" house.

When was the "Spanish King" elected?

I have never heard of any mountain hauling truck driver complain about the powerful diesel fuel being imported from Venezuela. Hugo subliminally/scientifically explained with an analogy of “George Bush the devil” why his fuel is more powerful during a speech at the UN.

Castro and Chavez’s speeches are more something than regular newspaper readers realize.

Answer: algebraically humorous.

Those who laughed in the UN during Chavez’s speech are either friends of Hugo or have chemistry degrees.
