Much as I sympathise with anybody suffering from poverty the answer is not to block the centre of town for hours.

Imagine thousands of people stuck in buses like sardines finally coming out into the air and seeing hundreds of men in uniform, some with weapons and thousands of police standing in the middle of the street.

Its ironic really, now almost anybody can take to the streets with weapons or not and in Milosevic's day protests were greeted with beatings.
