My solution:

Ahtisaari Plan within the framework of Serbia.

Something like Aruba or The Netherlands Antilles.... offcially the are part of the Netherlands. Basically they can do what they want.

And yes that includes own football team and own athletes at the Olymics.

'The Serbian Province of Kosovo' can join UEFA today, if it is up to me.

Own seat at UN under this name? Why not!
Representation in EU under this name? Why not!
