Dear Moderator,

I thank you for showing objectivity and openness in this difficult task of moderation.

I know that, at times, you refuse some on my posts and I accept the situation because there are rules and sometimes I stray away even though I try to be respectuous of rules and conventions.

Moderator, I notice that you are too sensitive with genocidal individuals by not allowing my post to be published.

I have tried to phrase it in a more 'politically correect' manner!

«However, there is still a lot of work to be done to ensure that the rights of both the accused and the victims will be fully respected and protected by these courts." »

Why have such concerns or consideration for people who participated in a genocide? They don't desserve consideration or compassion, for the simple reason that they showed none to their victims.

There are five alleged genocidal Ruandans currently living in Quebec , and we're having problems to extradite them to their country where they have perpetrated horerendous crimes.

According to what I know, they were saved by the French troops and after immigrated to Quebec, in order to escape justice.

I do not agree with AI, and all nations should extradite war criminals to their country to face justice, even if it means death penalty.

This is my opinion and I hope that the moderator will respect it.
