I am actually happy for Lajcak to carry on creating more issues and a bigger mess - all the while the inconsistancy and contradiction of the failed policy of the "west" in the former Yugoslavia are being highlighted and the likelyhood of partitioning the Republic of Serbia diminishes rapidly.

Serbia has to congratulate the Slovaks for promoting the total inconsistancy of the "west" by sending their "career diplomat" to instigate such a mess for himself and all the other cohorts of unelected technocrats who have risen to their level of incompetence.

to luciano: where are you from? do you know anybody living in bih? what do think that your childish proposals mean for us serbs living in the federation, or the ones living in rs close to the federation? have you ever wonderd why the "big wave of protests" on monday in rs didn't work out (despite paid leave, free busses, sending pupils, etc. there were less than 10.000 people on the streets; in srpski sarajevo there where not even 200, including ca. 20 journalists!)

to Cvele: what do you think was the reason that russia signed on thuesday the declaration of the peace implementation council, stating that the measures are in line with the dayton accord, and that they are not against any people or entity? (russia added only footnote to the declaration, saying that the communication of the measures was not optimal)

to all: after all it was spiric, who tried everything to prevented the CoM from working for the last half year: yesterday he said he was proud that he achieved improvements to the bosnian post service and for bosnian people having pension claims in slovenia! we couln't care less! in a country like bosnia, we don't a government wasting time with that, we need consistent laws, the rule of law, accountability, ... and spiric did not propose a single law advancing those basic things taht could improve the economic environment

everything looks dark now, but (small) chances are, it is getting better, ...

Best outcome would now be for the bully boys to move Lajcak to a new diplomatic post outside of the Balkans.
Serbs live in and Slovaks etc. only visit Bosnia.

That is absolutely right... times have changed... the west could of toppled over Serbia in the 90's perhaps but not now. Then Yelstin loved the idea of western culture but now thank god he is not in power anymore and a new era in Russia has dawn... the Putin era.

And weather the west likes it or not... Serbia is not joining the EU, Serbia is not joining NATO... Serbia will be a pro Russian country and have only trade relations with the west. With the exception of Greece, Cyprus, Slovakia, Romania... and maybe Spain

"A similar public exchange took place last week, when Koštunica accused Lajčak of jeopardizing the Dayton peace agreement, while Lajčak called on Koštunica not to interfere in Bosnian affairs.

I think that Kostunica has more of a right to comment on Bosnian affairs than an external power such as the "high" rep. This guy needs to go.The western colonial powers running Bosnia understand that centralizing Bosnia will cause conflict and possibly war that is why they are doing this.If Bosnia and Srbija are destabalized this will give western rulers a longer presence in Bosnia.

Russia will no longer tolarate this insolence of the west. They are no longer able to demonise Serbs. Serbia has survived much, much worse and even when there is no albanian or US flag ours will still be flying high. These jokers are obsolete and their influence is a shadow of what it was in the 90's. RS+SERBIA.

Is Mr.Lajcak from Slovakia or from Mars?To an objective observer it would seem more plausible for him to try and put Czechoslovakia back together than to try to centralize Bosnia-Herzegovina.When is this nonsense going to stop and everybody realize that the key to long term stability in Bosnia is for the 3 groups to have as little central government control as possible. Each group must have total and complete political autonomy from each other and only economic integration needs to take place on a VOLUNTARY basis. The Dayton Accords have worked great to stop the fighting and bring peace and should be further DECENTRALIZED and not centralized.I do not foresee Mr. Lajcak having any future political career in his own country so maybe he is interested in acquiring citizenship in the Muslim federation.
