Are you talking about the same Russia that cut off it's supply to Ukraine, Poland, Moldova et al. in the middle of winter? Is this an example of Russian corporate altruism?

How much of, or how NIS will finally be sold and run, is decided by the government. In which case Norway would be a good role model for the citizens of Serbia.

Ropetrol is actually KazMunaiGaz of Kazahstan. Those and Gazprom are like twin brothers. So you get the same russian mafia anyway.
