reason #1, the current model doasnt work, and it too costly, in order to make it more efficient is to centralise powers in BIH

REASON #2 It is not withing the Bosnian Serbs interest to CENTRALISE the government because of the fact that they want none of it having planned to secceed from BIH since dayton leaving unfinished business.

reason #3 The only way rs government could halt or slow donw cetralising anithing in bih and accomplish goals was to not show up :)(in the most simplest of terms) that is why this big hoo-haa has been created.

WOWzers, Lajcak thinks he's the boss of an accord drafted in a country that is 'to the people, for the people, by the people'?

Tadic has all the legal Bosnian right to speak on behalf of Bosnians who share the same opinion.

Kostunica has more influence in Bosnia than does Lajcak; one is the same, the other is an occupier.

Each time an occupier tells or dictates to Bosnians on their future or politics, Bosnians get upset towards the occupier.

Heard the say, ”the more things stay the same, the more they change”? The international community wants change in Bosnia, right? Well then just stick to the same-old, same-old, and Bosnians attitudes will change on their own, without occupiers forcing them to change. An accepted local-speaking person would have to live amongst Bosnians to know if change has occurred. The purpose of the Dayton Accord is to bring peace to the region, which was accomplished. Why is Lajcak stirring the pot? History book entries perhaps?

"Demagogy and stupid statements could be heard in the last few days, but no arguments to prove that the last package of measures was directed against the Republic of Srpska," Lajčak told Bosnian state television in Sarajevo.

Exactly. What in the world are Dodik and Kostunica up to? The guy makes some changes to rulesof chorum for meetings of parliament - something which affects delegates from both entities and all three ethnic blocs, zilch to do with RS as such, and we get this hullaballoo about "RS" being theatened (if only, if you ask me). Am I missing something here?
