Good. I hope the Serbian government shuts down this western proganda tool called B92. But they won't use a missile like B92's
"democratic" friends used in 1999. For you information, B92 is the designation of America's most successful military bomber plane which excels at annihilating targets on the ground with its "carpet" bombing.

"Kostunica visited the Bosnian Serb wartime leadership during the fighting ?with a Kalashnikov in his hand?.

I applaud B92 for reporting truthfully. B92 is and should remain INDEPENDENT media outlet that we all like, some exeptions out there but minor.
Putin and koshtunica are playing with fire!
We dont want to see the repeat of Bosnia in '95 and Kosova/o in '99.
US has plenty of orfdinance.

Why lump me in this category? I don't like Kostunica and B92 is the media and has the right to print whatever it pleases!

I am not Serbian or pro-Serbian, why put me in the "Serb-camp"? I just prefer Serbia's stance with regards to this Kosovo issue more.

Excellent news. It's about time the government takes a stand against the embarrassing behaviour by B92. Soros-funded B92 is a disgrace to our country and so-called fair media. Now it's only a matter of time before it gets shut down. Thank you.

No question about it: Kostunica and his party have dictatorial and militaristic tendencies. The reader who mentioned Putin as perhaps being Kostunica’s mentor is right on. Keep in mine, this is not the first time they have threaten B92. I remember half a dozen other occasions when Kostunica’s camp threatened B92. It appears that this media company is a thorn in Kostunica’s eyes. This comment about B92 obligation to report on government activities because they were given a license is really bizarre and dangerous. The frequencies are not owned by the government but by the people. Comments like this give us some good insights about the mentality of DSS camp.

Is DSS trying to imitate Putin concerning media freedom? The first steps start with intimidation. I wish B92 a lot of courage and persistence!

For once I agree with our Albanian friends: the eternal (but unsuccesfull!)meddling of some political parties in the national media is not a sign of a grown-up democratic society.

When will these parties understand that in the long run this kind of 'attack' is counterproductive? And even if B92 made a mistake in reporting, there are more subtle ways to correct this.
Indirect blackmail by mentioning broadcast licences is something I expect in Zimbabwe. Not in Serbia.

DSS trying to blackmail Veran and b92 staff again. This is sickening and b92 should not budge to dictators.
i wonder where Princip, Kate, Peggy, Peter Sadyuka is now and they don't speak up for freedom of press and democracy, because I do not excpect anything from likes of CCCC Cvele.

Sometimes I have a feeling too that this is not a Serbian site. I understand you're wanting to be as objective as possible but don't go too far as you seem to go sometimes.

Something is going on here that the segments of Koshtunica government doesn't like B92 an independent media.
I would like to read his comments.
