Why don't they add Clinto and Blair to the list while they are at given the illegal war against Serbia in 1999 which caused thousands of civilian deaths in targeting civilian infrastructure and most notably killing Chinese Diplomats.

Condi, Donald R & Bush should be tried in the ICTY while Carla is still in office. She's got enough people ready to fill out the necessary paperwork - go get em!

This is a good initiative. Such a peson should not be allowed access to Europe.
Maybe Carla del Ponte should use the remaining time in office to advocate more individuals from US administrations to be investigated for their role in the conflicts in the Balkans from 1991 till todays Kosovo.
