jovan,
Independence Of Kosova Is On The Table All The Way.
If anyone is out of touch with reality is you.
If anyone has outdated ideas is you, again.

Ahmed, your provocations...or let´s rather call it attempts to provoke, since they are quite ineffectual, ... those poor attempts are really useless.

...and... you are only wasting your time with that.

if there is speech about supervised autonomy, then,..that means that the international community will have an eye, a sharp one, on the serbian-albanian border as well as on the serbian-macedonian border.

those border-troops will hopefully be mixed...made up by internationals, Serbs and Albanians. so, if you got a problem with that...then you really GOT a problem, since this is a solution that would be balanced and fair.

once again, Ahmed, you should rather use your brain for productive suggestions instead of outdated provocations...

you are out of the game, as it seems. "independence" is gone, since your "friends" withdrew the issue from the UNSC, that says a lot, I guess.

Jovan you can called self-rule or whatever, but you will never rule and/or have any sovregnity over Kosova ever again. How can you have sovergnity over Kosova if you cannot have your institutions, such as border police, army, customs etc...?
I think is time to wake up and smell the coffee.

Ah yes, looks like Delic will be voted in next president of Serbia in December and will probably make the tough decision to recognize Independent Kosova Republic. Considering how badly he wants to rid Serbia of Kosova's debt. lolol I'm sure the Serbs see eye to eye with Delic on this money topic.

Mito,

"Time" is the keyword here..."Time", and God knows we have a lot of it ahead of us. So, lets see what "Time" brings.

Mito,
Kosova govt can not pay anything to the IMF or the World Bank, because it does not have a relationship with them. Nor can IMF or the WB ask Kosova to pay anything because Kosova is not an independent state, therefore could not become a member of these organizations.

You can not take a loan from the bank and tell them that Jovan that posts in B92 site, will pay it for me. Unless both Jovan and the bank recognize each-other, and the amount of the loan to be paid, the obligation is still yours, to pay the loan and the interest you accrue each day.

If Serbia wants to lobby on behalf of Kosova to be independent and to have it admitted in these organizations, maybe then the three parties can discuss how to split the debt and if possibly reach an agreement. Until then, this discussion is simply and practically useless, and Serbia is obliged to pay the loan it took and the interest it is accruing.

Asking?

No afrim we're telling. All of Kosovo debt is to be paid by the Kosovo provincial government which in this case seems to be you. Just as the Ontario government is responsible for all loans and borrowing.

And I guess you missed it a couple days ago but it was clearly stated this has no bearing on the status. Good luck getting "the funds" by the way ;)

By asking that Serbia shouldnt pay for Kosova's debt, Mr. Djelic is proving that Kosova will be a different country from Serbia.
Kosova will be an independent country and there is no other way, this is our compromise because otherwise we would join Albania.
As for debts, we have said before that Kosova will be its dues towards the international community as a part of Ex-Yugoslavia but only after we get our share from the wealth of ex-Yugoslavia.
Anyway this will be solved soon, december is coming and all will be cleared.

given that the K-albanians are offered self-rule, what means financial autonomy as well, it is no contradiction to pull back every connection whatsoever from autonomous affairs of the K-albanians.

it would be a contradiction to pay debts for them if they were autonomous. it wouldn´t be autonomy at all, if the Serbs paid for them, what is an albanian task.

so, I don´t see a contradiction at all. just one more B92-media-hoax ?
