In response to the previous question, if you look at the Serbian public opinion poll results, you will see that the opinion about Germany was steadily improving since roughly mid 1990s. Institutional relations were really good before Djindjic was murdered, especially between the DS and the SDP. I think that many Serbs are very willing to learn from the German experience of national recovery and gradual improvement of relations with others. For as long as the current German government does not take an extreme position on the Kosovo issue, the Serbian-German relations will continue to improve. And so they should. Best.
