As a civilian even someone who's non-Albanian it's up to the justice system (though some people consider it a non-justice system if you will) to do a favor for Albanian & non-Albanian victims.For my part,in retrospect, I wished I could have visited places in my country (Canada)or even United States that sheltered Kosovar or even Bosnian refugees.So I therefore feel it's accomplishment enough if I could have donated some toys to at least younger Bosnian or Kosovar children and donate items that pertain to sports to the older kids.
