Police and customs workers arrested

Nine members of the border police and three customs workers were arrested yesterday at the Kladovo border crossing.

Kosovo IS corrupt.

As far as the article is concerned, it was MUP and Interior Ministry officials who were doing the token "sweep". It will take some time to get the "Bribe" mentality out of state institutions.
Unfortunately, cop corruption happens everywhere from Tokyo to Toronto..
Unfortunately, in the Balkans, it's normal routine.

Albanians and Serbs pointing the finger at each other about corruption is what's called "The pot calling the kettle BLACK".
Nobody gets the moral high ground on this one..
