All war criminals should be punished and it's about time Radovan and Ratko gave themselves up so the Serbian people can finally move forward. There is no expiry date on war criminals. All krajina Serbs who were against the Gov. of croatia at the time should be charged for treason for backing local terrorists against an recognised independent state.
