Guida- really? They never really mention Karadzic as Serbias obligation. Finding bigfoot is Serbia's obligation also? Come on, get some common sense.

To Victor - and the same will be done to Gotovina. Do you recall your comment on the ICTY's judges were a "sea of contradictions?"

«Former army officer Mile Mrkšić was handed a 20-year prison term, while Veselin Šljivančanin five years for his role in the 1991 murder of 260 Croatian prisoners at Ovčara farm near Vukovar. »A

Who agrees with such a judgment? It takes years to listen to all the arguments and, at the end, there are so many versions of the same facts, that the judges are lost in a sea of contradictions. This is not justice. Justice is much more simple. Most of the Serbs officers participated, delieberately and knowingly, in a joint criminal enterprise, and this massacre at Ovcara is one among many, and all the participants should be sentenced for life in prison.

«...he will never face a fair trial.. It will be a trial by Media....and we all know the result anyway.»

We all know what Mladic is responsible of; it has been established for a long time by the ICTY, based on the the testimony of the Serb officers who are already sentenced for their crimes, that Mladic gave the orders to put to the death the 8000 boys and men who were in the Srebrenica when the enclave fell to the Serbian forces.

I do not understand your point. The media's role is to inform the population, and the tribunal is to judge according to the facts. I would be the duty of Mladic's lawyer to prove that he is innocent... and it would be hard to prove this.

I hope that he is found. This is of the most importance for the conscience of humanity. No nation should authorize guys like Mladic and Haradzic to breathe the same air as us. What these two 'humans' have planified was the genocide of a people. All Serbs should have comprehended this for a long time and tried to impossible to arrest them and put them behind bars for the rest of their remaining days.
