NATO bombing has clearly helped this number rise past it's already high number due to the fact that the Serbs fleeing Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo have been running to Serbia for a great many years now.
If you cosider 250,000 Kosovo Serbs are still to return then im sure the figure starts to look very tame and infact not alarming whatsoever.

I am more concerned about poverty in Kosovo.
If the political situation continues like this,it will be a disaster in Balkans!
Every one is talking about future political status, but they are forgeting one thing, ordinary people.
I visit Kosovo regularly, but lately the economical situation is very bad.
Us living abroad always help our close families, but what about the families they don't have nobody abroad?!
For those families I feel the most, they have no good accommodation,no food, heating, etc.
We are sitting "pretty" outside Kosovo and argue with each other about silly things and there where "WE" are needed the most,"WE"don't exist.

How many of these people in the 20% range are refugees from Croatia and Kosovo? Many have been living as foreigners among their own people for years. How many of these people are in areas that were directly affected economic-wise by the disintegration of Yugoslavia?

Pyrros, why dont you ask them is that too bad but 20% is bad enough.
Doesn’t this tell that the current politicians have failed to improve the living standard of their voters?
Doesn’t this tell that the current politicians are using Kosova issue to escape from the social problems?

I think that Serbs are going to rise very soon and topple kinds of Pyrros, Kates, princips, Jovans and Cveles that are playing with their future and their lifes
