There is nothing to negotiate. The only thing that needs to be negotiated is the return of the Serbian eagles on the police jackets and the Serbian hymn back in Republika Srpska. That's what was agreed upon in Dayton. That must be law unless the people want it to change meaning every ethnic group of Bosnia.

Creating more entities just creates more division. A Croat entity would kick out all the Serbs from it, like the Croats tried to do during the war. Dodik is afraid that if he allows police reform, RS will be abolished and he will be out of a job, and he knows that he will be one of the numerous unemployed there. So many different layers of government that the people have to pay for are just a waste of money.

hey BB, that comment is pretty ridiculous. just like when the CIA took everyone out of the middle east and put who they wanted in, and now look at it.. who cares if the police are separate? they are separate countries practically anyways

The Serbs have nothing to gain from this. Heck, I bet that the Croats would like to split off to have their own police force too, IF the main croat party was in power, but it is not because the main party temporarily split for elections, so the pro-bosniak komsic got elected, thanks mainly to votes from Bosniaks. The problem is that democracy is faked in Bosnia... it's all a big scam and the country is more or less a colony of the West. We should hope that a third canton gets created, a Croat one, and that R.S. gets some land back, such as Drvar.

It's soo hard keeping track, but didn't they already come to an agreement between themselves? How is it now Srpska's fault that the agreement didn't go through if it was agreed upon by both entities?
