I would call it a cheap PR. I am sure several people would be in position to claim the prize but would get into big trouble if they dared to do it.

He has already 5mn another 1mn for a total of 6mn. Some one will get a windfall. How in the Serbian government will get it and how will it be split? Will some go to Ratko? Looks like his days are numbered the end is in sight. Deals are starting to be made.

Right you are, Joe. Mladic is well protected. If he weren't he'd be in the Hague about now. All still remember how Djindjic tried to dismantle Serbia's organized crime syndicate back in 2003 and paid with his life for it. While many WOULD like to capture him, whoever is guarding him is still doing a very good job at it.
