Serbia is trying really hard to change its' image.

I call this event a great show of respect. Serbia will still be viewed as a backward society with war criminals being protected and labeled HERO's and practicing Genocide on ethnicities, the only reason for this is because at the same time this happens (ceremony) you have high officials threatening the whole world.

Serbia is no position to threaten USA/WEST/NATO/EU.

The boring games that the Albanian posters here will play. Does anyone believe that the third post actually belongs to me? Get a life. In the first thread I state that there aren't many countries that invite national minorities to celebrate their ethnic and religous holiday at the most prestegious venue in the state. Then compare that with how Albanians in Albania are inviting minority members of Catholic and Orthdox faith into their homes. Oh yeah, all >2% of the population? What about in Kosovo. Are the ethnic Albanians greating Serbs on January 7th with a hearty "Hristos se rodi"? Not hardly. Ridiculous...

Yes, that is obvious.
The point is that Serbs didnt manage to do the slightest advocation to the world of their case back in the 90's, when everybody tried to break-in Jugoslavija.

Look at Albania and get back to me.

Catholic, Muslim, and Orthodox believers participate in each-other's holiday ceremonies.
Today, Catholics and Orthodox believers go to the houses of Muslim believers and wish them a happy Bairam. Is such a mentality present in Serbian society?

Muslims do the same for Catholic and Orthodox holidays.

I do believe that the Serb-hater version of blood-thirsty, intolerant Serbs simply no longer holds any water. What is being done her for the Islamic community of Serbia goes way beyond what any national or religous community can expect many other countries around the globe.
