Of course Poland can't be compared to Nazi Germany in terms of numbers (6 million Poles and Jews as opposed to 1.5 million Germans), but if you ask me, there is no measure of human suffering.

So Peter Sudyka, did Poland and all other countries in Europe perpetrate equal crimes to that of Nazi Germany ????

Please, this lame excuse that Croats, Bosnians, Albanians, blah, blah, blah commited the same attrocities is boring and pointless.

As it has been said before by the UN .... Serbians commited 90% of the war crimes across the former Yugoslavia. You dont place the victims (ie Croats, Bosniak, Albanians) into the same catergory as the perpetrators, ie Serbia.

Python, the issue is quite the opposite. Europe has very little respect for Serbia and thats why no-one is really interested what happens.

Either Serbia joins Europe or goes against it, basically the EU doesn't care either way ....

This situation reminds me of the German-Polish relations during and post-WW2.

German war criminals like Hans Frank and Amon Goethe were brought to justice and executed for mass murder, torture, mistreatment and neglect against Poles and Jews during WW2, but Poles like Czeslaw Geborski and Jews like Salomon Morel who operated detention camps for Germans still in Polish territories after the war who authorized mass murder, torture, mistreatment and neglect of Germans were never prosecuted or brought to trial.

I find that Serbia is the same scapegoat now as Germany was then. Croatian and Albanian Nationalists have committed equally gruesome crimes against the Serbs as the Serbs have done to them, yet, only the Serbs seem to be blamed publicly. The media can do wonderful things.

Is it just me who notices this?

I fail to see where you have any credibility whatsoever with any posting you've made. You on one commentary state that you're against the ICTY & how the Vukovar trial ended, but here on another note you're posting on how "Serbia" needs to turn over the "war criminals" to the ICTY.

Could you make your mind up as playing both sides of the fence is not a "good thing."

victor,

Can you tell me why croatia keeps refusing to allow mass graves of slaughtered serbs to be dug up?

Is it because their true "innocent victim" face will be uncovered?

Wishful thinking guys, Serbia is now too important for anyone to be against it. In fact Serbia is the most important country in the Balkans, she's the Grand Prize.

Agim,

I agree. In no time they would deliver him. It would be also less boring for Mladic. I am sure he saw already hundreds of videos in one of the many "save houses" that Kostunica's people provided him.

“We need political pressure because that is the only thing they will respond to,” conclude Del Ponte.

How many times in the last years have I made suc a statement?

The best action the nations should take is to isolate Serbia completely. No more exchange with Serbia before the four (*4) indictees named by the ICTY are in custody.

It is never too late to do well.
