Well you see Phillip Dragisic at least Croatia is doing the decent thing and investigating this crime.

However there was nothing this guy could do to contain the situation because Serb extremists long time ago grabbed control of the area in Eastern Croatia and were in fact the ones agitating for a war and not the Croatians and Ustasha as you lamely put it.

The problem here was that Josip Reihl-Kir tried to persuade the Serbs but to no avail. In fact his efforts were seen as a hinderance as to what was inevitably going to happen ..... a Serb instigated war supported by the JNA, Serbia and Serbian paramilitaries.

The question here is why was he murdered and by whose orders?

Victor, I hope this gives you clear evidence that the Croatian people were responsible for the war in many ways. The fact that Croatians killed their own people, just for talking peace, shows that many Croatians wanted war! Not only did they kill their own “peaceniks,” they invited Ustasi from all over the world to come back to Croatia. You cannot kill fellow Croats that want peace, invite Ustasi to murder people, and then claim your people are innocent victims. The cold hard fact is that the majority of Croatians wanted to go to war! It was only when the Croatians started losing the war that they started portraying themselves as victims.
