Four members of the Russian security forces were killed and 10 wounded in Chechnya on Sunday, a local police source says.

Interesting who will recognize Chechnya as an independent country. The world has done absolutely nothing and will do absolutely nothing to recognize an independent Chechnya.
The Russians should send in their best commandos, kill the remaining terrorists and make the region Islamic-extremist/terrorist free.
Here I agree with the USA's attack on Afghanistan in 2001, it was for a good cause.
