Ida, does every comment coming from your mouth have to be so baseless?

Slavonia, Dalmatia, Istria, etc are all Croatian territories because the populations in these territories are Croatians. Always have been always will be.

I'm from Dalmatia and I am proud Croat. Get your facts right before making such uneducated assumptions and lies.

This is all just paperwork & will not happen. Croatia backed up the ICTY in the case of Gotovina, what makes it different that Serbia's "criminals" were tried & acquitted?

This is absurd, but their right to waste money on paperwork.

I suggest that the Croatians go to visit the Novo Groblje in Novi Sad where there were a number of children slaughtered by the Croatians after they (the Croatians) gave their word that there would be no killing for two nights.

This turned into the same massacre as when the Hungarians killed the Serbian babies in the waters of the frozen Dunav.

One should point out that Slavonia of which Vukovar is a city, was never part of Croatia until Yugoslavia formed.

Croatia, despite being against the allies was granted extra land - Slavonia and Dalmatia - so it became a greater Croatia.

Vukovar is near the Serbian border and always had a large Serbian population and going back in time before the World Wars it was majority Serb.

The Croats are the ones who've been ethnically cleansing the Serb population over the last century.

The Serb population of what is today "Croatia" was much larger in 1900, more like 20-25%, but now less than 4.5%.

no point arguing over something the Hague has finalized, he would never receive a fair and balanced trial in Croatia..

Ratko, how many non-serbs died under Nedic's Serbia? As far is world history goes, cetniks in the end sided with axis powers and Belgrade was first jewish cleared city in Europe.

Perhaps serbia should apologise for thousands of non-serbs killed pre-ww2 under serbian king whose serbanisation policy was directly reposnible for the rise of Ustasha. I dont defend what they did in ww2, because it was wrong.

Oh he is cleared Sam....for now. there will be an international warrant for him and he will be extradited to Croatia. To say that as a Captain he wasnt involved or didnt know anything about it was incredible. He could have at least protested, but he didnt and that is a war crime. Generals Kadijevic and Adzic could not have executed what happened without subordinates and its incredible that Hague thought so. Perhaps the only hard evidence is in documents that Belgrade is hiding from everyone.

Interesing how international law is so quickly accepted and adored when the outcomes are favourable eh. Yet when certain individuals are found guilty or are even accused by said international law, all of a suden that same internation law is biased. ;)

This man is as guilty as they come. There was no justification for the bombing of Vukovar to rubble, nor was their any justification for the cold blooded murder of 300 people from Vukovar Hospital, regardless if some were injured soldiers. Serbia should not have attacked Croatia using the Yugoslav Peoples Army as its primary tool and in addition those Serb paramilitaries run by Arkan, Seselj, et al.

Of course, Radic knowingly and deliberately participated in the so call «joint criminal enterprise» with the Milosevic regime. Of course, as al the other officers, he gave orders to remove by force people in Croatia and Bosnia, in order that these territories became part of GREATER SERBIA.

It is shocking that a tribunal like the one at the Hague did not investigate this before releasing him.

This is a shame for all the Croats and Bosniaks who were deliberately killed, and their relatives who are waiting for justice to be done.
