John, what is your mission here? So Israel should strip citizenship to every Jew? Hungary should not allow Hungarian in Serbia citizenship? Poles also? What are you talking about? I see no logic or even any argument. The reason is to hopefully bring Serbs that left Serbia, BACK to the country. So how is this a tool against Montenegro? And the Serb Prime Minister was in Podgorica this June of 2006, I would know because I was there when the motorcade drove by. Sorry but going to Montenegro right now isn't on the top priority list for Serbia. They have other bigger problems.

I didn't know Serbian citizenship laws affected Montenegro that much. I would like to know how? Also, what is so hypocritical? You make no sense. John3 how does this violate Montenegrin independence. One other countries have laws that do this. Two, they have the right to choose this citizenship it is not forced upon them. Three, Montenegrin politicans promised that they would allow dual citizenship with Serbia right after indepence and they have reneged on this promise.

They should be givcen either the Serbian citizenship or independence. Choose.

With this new law Serbia is simply repecting the existence of Serbs outside its border. Its that simple. Essentially, it is allowing us to be a part of the motherland. This right is extended by most countries. Germany, Croatia, US, Canada and the UK to name a few.

My question to John is, why should Serbia be any different?

If all the Serbs in Montenegro go back to Serbia - all that will be left there would be an equal number of native Montenegrens and Albanians. Montenegren brothers, be careful what you do.

Montenegro broke off thanks to fraud... they brought in 16,000 foreigners to cast independence ballots, and they got help from the bosniaks and albanians (those two are already some 15 to 20% of the population there). muslims should have no right to determine what happens in that orthodox land, and the fact remains, montenegro is like belgrade or sumadija, just a region of Serbia. Same for R.S. It's all serbian. Heck, the ethnicity montenegrin is a minority in its own state. The only good thing in montenegro breaking off is their increased ties in Russia, something for which I think I support their independence because Serbia is not doing the same and has shown unwilliness to do so because they are led by people who are puppets of those who bombed us.

Ahilleas, the 300 000 Serbs can go to to their home country, namely Serbia. Maybe they will be happier there.
