«Chief Hague Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte confirmed there was a political will in Serbia to arrest the most wanted fugitive. »

I think that Ms Del Ponte is very naive. For the passed 15 years, Serbia has promised and did nothing. I will repeat myself again but Serbia has no will to bother Mladic. He is a friend of many in the Gov., starting with Kostunica. This is 'diplomatic' language; only talks on the tip of the tongue!
