The RS government has declared three days of national mourning after President Milan Jelić, 51, <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/globe-article.php?yyyy=2007&mm=09&dd=30&nav_category=123&nav_id=44189" class="text-link" target= "_blank">died on Sunday.</a>
