Has anyone been incited to murder because of this name-calling? Seems everyone is getting all excited about something little.

Far worse is said about Serbs all the time but there's no punishment for that.

Then you have the fact that Serbia is a refuge for Roma fleeing Albanians. I don't think a slip of the tongue should be punished unless he was calling for outright violence or persistantly name-calls after given warnings.

Racist talk is not a freedom of speech. It is arguably an incitement to murder.

Freedom of speech is freedom to express opinions - but not at the expense of others or in a way that leads to violation of law current law or violation of human rights. Racism does not have a place in a society because the government must be for all its citizens - not just for the local racial majority.

Why has this man not resigned yet?

I agree, there should be some type pf punishment for this banal behaviour. For too long Serb parliament figures have insulted eachother in the most primitive manner, until there is real consequences...no one will repect the rule of law.
