Republic of Srpska officials say Hague fugitive Stojan Župljanin was hiding in Russia and then Serbia until the end of 2006.

He is not the only one. Many Serbian officers have disregarded all laws and customs of war towards the POW and the civilians.

Such a breach in rules and laws during a war have rarely been witnessed.

It is starting to be quite boring hering about the possible whereabouts of wanted people. Everybody is blaming someone else, this is a sign that nobody actually knows the whereabouts of this group of people. If they knew, they would have been arrested already.

There are still more than 100 living war criminals from the second world war currently living in both south america and the US, what is done to bring them to justice?

Hopefully this circus will end in december next year, then the comical lawyers with wigs on their heads has to find other jobs instead of playing circus in Hague
