Serbia, EU sign visa, readmission deals

Serbia and the EU signed on Monday agreements regulating the relaxation of visa requirements and readmission.

It was on BBC and Yahoo News recently that Belgium may be headed for a break up -- seems that its ethnic Flemings and Wallonians don't see themselves as one people and the parliamentary stalemate aggravating matters.

No wonder the usually vocal Brussels has been so quiet recently about Kosovo's proposed breakaway from Serbia ..... what would happen to EU's capital should Belgium really break up? What would happen to Belgium's membership? Would EU treaties (including visa agreements like this one) still be binding?
Interesting times ahead.
