Why arent foreign investors investing i Kosovo instead than in Serbia? according to some on this site Kosovo and Albania is only 3 years from full EU membership and Serbia has a long way left. Why is it then that people are investing in serbia rather than in the "investors paradise" Kosovo?
But wasn't the news the other day how Slovenia wouldn't allow any Serbian investment or ownership in Slovenia, yet they expect Serbia to allow a mall to be built. Is it even needed in this part of Serbia? Is it the best use of the land?
