Slovenian company Istrabenz has denied reports in the Serbian media that it is “blocking” Delta again in that country.

that´s not important anymore!
delta entered eu through another gate and finaly it´s more than about time to block slovenian companies in serbia and get them out!
the government MUST act imediatly!
as good neighbour we must respect them, when they show that they don´t want to have business with us!

Dodgy dealings are not worth the hassle. Delta should just pull it's offer seeing as the business holdings in mercator have been off loaded - something that Delta was keen to acquire and the main driver in the to acquire the stake.
