- great example would be for US sub-prime lenders to hand out huge loans to all of Serbia's citizens who can then default with no repurcussions to Serbia's economy since in the meantime the US lenders sold on the debt burden to other banking insitutions who are then left with the debt but no way of recovering them!

Whatever! Arben newsflash. Russia is putting its money where its mouth is. Just look at what they bought out in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia.

I will not provide a single link seance u get hundreds by just looking it up on any search engine.

wrong, the issue is not solely within european jurisdiction. it´s a matter of international concern, and therefore it can only be handled within the UN.

Europe needs to deal with issues on its continent and American soldiers need to come home and protect our own people.

According to Cvele, Russia is rolling in cash from its oil reserves. Therefore, the least RUssia can do for its impoverished little brother Serbia is to help by pumping in billions of rubles into the Serb economy so as to save Serbia from sinking completely. Hope for addmission into the EU, according to Cvele, is neither desirable or neccesary for Serbia.

Well then, why not
let Russia put their money where their mouth is! Or, does Russia,in fact, have any concern for Serbia. I think not!

I was of course referring to the Solana-no-bargaining-about-Kosovo-article

Continuing the analogy, I wonder if the EU will return the punt, call a fair catch or, as I suspect, just sit around and wait for the ball to stop moving.

In this game, though, the US can come right back and say, "Punt? Oh we didn't punt. We've changed our minds. Give us the ball back so we can run it again."
