Serbs dont have nothing to see abroad, except maybe the fact that they live in the most beutiful country in Europe.

It has the typical west/north european type of landscapes/fields/green plus the unique kindness/qualities of the people/nature/land.

Serbia wouldn't have so many enemies if the above weren't true.

On the contrary, i would suggest the various procedural issues to be lifted for europeans to be able to easily visit serbia and feel the beauty.

"The newspaper speculates that in order for Serbia to give up Kosovo, or at least part of it, it should be offered something more in return."

- partition of the state is partition of the state and what exactly do they believe would be offered in return - I wonder if they have discussed this with the Croatian government Krajina perhaps ? Or the Montenegrins, Bosnia & Hercegovina & FYR Makedonia - is this to be a new prerequisite for all of the Western Balkans even Albania has a issue over it's Greek south. Surely the EU is about removing borders not creating artificial ones!

Relaxation of visa regime for Serbia citizens would be a great news for Serbian people. This is the dream of most Serbs since they see no future in their country. Also refugees from Krajina and Kosova(victim of the recent Serbian lost wars) would be able to leave Serbia never to return in the land that betrayed them so bad. But in order for this to happened maybe Serbia has to surrender its heroes like Ratko Mladic and many others, also need to remove the current politicians since they are heavily involved in organized crime and corruption, with other words need reforms. Whether failed Serbian politicians ready to give up their seats I am not sure but it seems to me that no in any case.

But lets not forget that EU membership is not tied to NATO membership - one wouldn't want the freedom to travel to Europe tied up with the expectation that our young must also fight in illegal US wars!
