"'all Canadians have behaved correctly with the Aborigenal people."

This total blank denial is unbelievable. For instance:

The Churchill Falls hydroelectric plant development was
undertaken in the absence of any agreement with the aboriginal
Innu people of Labrador. Despite the flooding of over 5,000 km²
of traditional hunting and trapping lands, no compensation was ever offered.

"these permanent settlements was often marred by high levels of alcoholism,
substance abuse by children, domestic violence and suicide."

While you callously turn on your hydro, the Innu people live in squalor and despair.
As Joseph Ole Simel, co-ordinator of the African Regional Indigenous Caucus said:
"Indigenous people in Canada must be going through hell."

Explain to the Croatian children who the Ustashe where and what Jasenovac was.

Since the Confederation of 1867, all Canadians have behaved correctly with the Aborigenal people. Before 1867, I agree that French, English, Spanish and all other ethnies who came to Kanada treated these people as the Serbs did with the Bosnian in Vukovar.

Canadians never removed 300 patients from an hospital and gunned them down. This was done in Vukovar by the Serbs in 1992, I will remind you, and never elsewhere in the world.

As a Serb, you have to live with this and try to explain it.

Still trolling this twisted line?

Its a free country and the Patriach can say whatever he wishes.
Only those responsible should feel guilty, no one else. Not even
the children of those responsible should feel tarnished.

Recently, Canada campaigned against the United Nations Declaration
on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Canada's strident opposition to the declaration is a "crime" that
flies in the face of Ottawa's desire to promote democracy,
says Joseph Ole Simel, co-ordinator of the African Regional
Indigenous Caucus.

"Indigenous people in Canada must be going through hell." said Simel.

Worry about your own tarnished Canadian souls.

Patriarch Pavle said that « such atrocities have tarnished the soul of the Serbian nation for generations.»

Hey Victor, when is the Pope or Croatian Archbishop going to come out with a similar condemnation for his faithful minions in the ethnically pure state of Croatia for their heinous atrocities during WWII and the 90's? Let's not hold our breath...

Ida,

Civilians or soldiers are protected by the geneva Convention. Let's admit that they were soldiers as you pretend, how come they were executed if they were POW?

There are no arguments you can invoke to justify the killing of almost 300 men. And unfortunately for the Serbs, such masacres happened 100s of times all across Bosnia. It is why Patriarch Pavle said that « such atrocities have tarnished the soul of the Serbian nation for generations.»

I agree with him. Do you ?

How come all the "patients" are military aged men who weren't even listed on the hospital registry Victor? Why aren't there any women or children dead if it was simply patients. Serbs say the Croat army went to the hospital and with their weapons hid as patients.

«All of the indictees pleased “not guilty” at the beginning of the retrial on March 13. »

I have never witnessed such a miscarriage of judgment in my life. All Serbs accused of crimes have always pleaded non guilty, as if the poor people had been kille by UFO.

The Commander of the Omarska Camp pleaded not guilty and swore to the ICTY that he had nothing to do with killings perpetrated in the camp by Zoran Zigic who probably killed more than 200 Muslims during their detention in the camp.

As for the Vukovar hospital, all the Serb officers have no idea of how the patients were removed from the hospital and killed. And they don't know either who killed them.

Thank God that all the armies in the world are not like the Serbian army. I hope that somebody in Serbia does something so that the formation of their soldiers is improved somehow.

This is shocking.

In Kosovo, the army was sent there and killed over 12 000 Albanians and, so far, the Serbian Gov. has never apologized for the killings and the massacres.
