Ida,

At school, if I am writing an essay for my English class, I get an “F” for making sweeping generalisations in the essay without expanding on the statement or backup for my argument. That’s all your comment was.

But that aside, lets see….Serbs think Hague is against them only, Croats think Hague is against them only, Bosniaks think Hague is against them….sounds like they are doing their job then, don’t u think.

As for legality of things….Hague is right by the law of humanity ie. to bring criminals to justice. Whether its legal in UN wording is irrelevant because UN is not a godly organisation. In fact its a over-quoted organisation with inflated importance. It has laws to protect civilians but it only does when it suits them eg. Srebrenica, Rwanda. Whether EVERYONE gets prosecuted by Hague is irrelevant. Main thing is that at least some do and bringing some justice to criminals is better than none.

The Hague court is an illegal court and a biased political weapon, set up by Madeleine Albright against Serbs. Madeleine Albright believes the death of 500,000 Iraqi children is "worth it" to achieve U.S. objectives in Iraq. People like her set up this Hague court in 1993.

It might do him good to at least tell clearly what his stance towards pwar crime perpetrators are. If he wanted to prove his innocence, he could denounce the Hague indected generals. Then again, if he truly supports them, why not tell it to the whole world, and get over with it.

Weird case, anyway, and not good publicity, as usual.

Bishop Filaret is abusing his position and also trying to get Montenegro involved in his dodgy ideas.
Who cares he can carry on loosing weight.

Joe,

If you suggest the Bishop’s intake of food is existent, then do a blood sugar level test. If it is high then the body is feeding of its stored energy.

8 days on hunger strike and apparently doing very well. It looks like he is on "hunger strike" only officially. What a shameful comedy!

Did Olga Kavran offer the Bishop a basket of fruit? From reading this article she is overstepping her jurisdiction as a spokesperson for the world court. Right or wrong; good or bad? Well, the EU didn’t speak up while a man is on a hunger strike. What form of strike would the EU be concerned with?
