Victor - You are absolutely right. Tvelve years ago 60.000 foreign troops were in BiH to implement a Peace plan brokered by the country Mr. Gregorian serves. We are many people that ask why arrests have not been made before. Is it lack of interest or just a question about inconvenience for certain countries and their administrations.

This should have been done years ago. It seems that it takes years before the Serbs can make up their mind about war crimes and their war criminals who are treated as VIP. A step forward, a step backward, like in a dance. It is too bad that they did not arrest these guys 12 years ago and send them to the hague, where they belong.

Mr. Raffi Gregorian is a hard working man. He has since his arrival in BiH at the end of 2004 pressed forward issues as Defense Reform. Is that working and the success he believes? He is now making personal committments to pursue families of war crimes indictees? Is that really a personal task of an international official? Who is he working for? Do his employer back in the US have a plan for his personal endeavour and why in 2007. Mr. Gregorian is rushing around in BiH occupying various positions. One may hope he has the needed real and factual knowledge about the country, culture and the people for whom he works as an international representative. One state initiatives have created multiple set-backs in the newer BiH history.
