There is a beautiful tree known in North America under the name Serbian Spruce. It can grow on all kind of soils and can be used for the variety of purposes - for pulp production, as an ornamental garden tree etc.

Why wait 50 years to have 100 000 hectares of forestation?.

If every Serbian plants one tree a year, at couple of dinars cost, it could grow into millions of trees in a couple of years. Panciceva omorika could become the national sybol of Serbia, along Prunus Prunus.

Unlike some other trees, omorika is not allergenic and can be planted almost anywhere.

More beautiful Serbia, less soil erosion, and cleaner air, all this at the minimal cost.
