Eufor are a total waste of taxpayers money. I was in Banja Luka and if these are Europes best soldiers god help us, the scruffiest i saw were the Dutch. Bosnia is dead as a state, partition is de-facto a federal unit is the only hope but with Silajdzic and his rhetoric even that option is fast ebbing away.
