well, well how could we blame this one on the serbs?

well, while it was OBVIOUSLY serbs from Belgrades fault that the hooligans from Hajduk Split were stoned in their buses outside Budva we must think of something new this time.
Well I got it! The people that were shouting racist remarks were serbs from Herceg Novi! Since this montenegrin town has a serbian majority its logical that it was serbs from there who did the bad things!
If this is not the case, its all propaganda against Montenegro, it has to be the serbs fault!

note: this was written with a little irony...

Racism in football has to be stamped out. Apart from anything else it is a terrible representation of the whole nation - that's what people see and remember. I have spent years feeling ashamed of our UK football fans abroad and the scenes of them on TV. They do the worst damage to the legitimate peaceful fans.

This official sounds like he's trying to sweep it aside, but that's the worst thing to do.

In the UK it was a big problem and there was a real clampdown on it, which seemed harsh at the time but has worked really well.
