Does anyone know what kind of work he was doing in Austria - where he worked and for whom?

From what I read in the newspapers, he was a seasonal landscaper in the Vienna regoin. His neighbors had only positive things to say about him and it has shocked everyone. What led this person to snap: did he stop taking his medications?.. he was treated for a mental illness in Belgrade. What type of mental illness? It seems like schizophrenia. In the US, there was the son of Sam who claimed he heard voices. I think the biggest issue is how did he get his shotgun?. Are there any laws in Serbia concerning diagnosed mental patients owning fire arms?
