I fully agree with Pristina's mature and realistic stance.
1. There can be no indipendence so there is no need to spend time dicussing it.
2. There will be no change of International borders.
3. Ahtisaari plan is in the bin and there is no chance of that changing.

I understand that there Serbian citizens who are ethnic-Albanians in the Serbian province of Kosovo & Metohija aswell as other ethnic groups (Roma, ashkali etc...) but there is no "Kosovar" ethnic identity and nor is there legitamacy for the creation of such an entity be it through "using the weapons" as we have seen it can not done diplomatically in the UN!

and USA HAVE UNDERSTOOD WHO ARE KOSOVARS.

Yes they have understood that you are a people whose long term desires are to merge with Albania since Albania has little or no chance of ever entering the EU. But the fact is that not all Albanians are like this, I suspect that less then half are but they are too frightened to speak out!

I really don’t think that those who broke up Yugoslavia and then attacked it had any intention of honoring resolution 1224.nor do they want to honor it now. NATO used resolution 1224 because their attack particularly with some European people and Russia in particular reached the limit of tolerance. Every day of the bombing exposed NATO’s lies to North American people so they had to use resolution 1224 as a temporary measure for their real plans. If they really intended to honor the resolution this would have been implemented within the first two years of its signing. Once NATO gained control of Kosovo they implementer their real agenda and on their watch or I should say approval Serbs, Jews, Roma and other non Albanians were expelled while borders were opened to Albanians from Albania. In the period since the bombing NATO and the KLA became partners in silencing the moderate Albanian population under threat of death if they did not fall in line. This is the new Democracy KLA style, speak with one voice or you will be dead the next morning. I think both the Serbs and Serbian Alabamians from Kosovo need to hope for the best but must plan for the worst. The choice is simple turn your swords into plowshares and till the land together, but if you don’t there will be no one left to till it since you will kill each other.

After this 120 days there is going to be a big surprise for everyone. No one wants to talks, the Pristina team already said they won't talk so back to the UN and try to pass a resolution. The EU will run for cover if there is not UN resolution. The US will not go against the UN it is trying to get the missle shield in Europe so it has to play ball with the EU. The EU does not want to yank Russia's chain because of the Natural Gas it gets during the winter. Now, nearly the entire world has understood what the kosovars merit. These 120 days of negotiating are just a pre-preparation for independence. In which case the new talks will definitely fail.

Moscow has already rejected Ahtissari. North Kosovo is already Serb-controlled. Nato troops are tied up everywhere in the world.

The reality on the ground is so different from Pristina's perception.

His son later left Serbia for a better land and never really returned, You saw the world but wont to do something for you country and stand by the passport you hold. All fine with that but if you want to keep a land you should know more about it than just listening from politicians who scream out unfair after they have been punished. Visit kosovo, Tourism is good for us. And independence will top it off.

I Feel really good that they are people in Serbia who understand reallity, because a lot of you guys who are writing these paragraphs and essays, you are not really saying anything, you keep talking about the past and trying to predict the future but you are forgating the present time, you are not thinking how people are living in both sides Serbia and Kosove, if this politicans wants better future for us and for their children they should concentrate in present, in reality and not just talk without rekognizing the present. People also should start thinking different in both sides, when they go to vote they should think better, because the politic is a profession and these politicans are not owners of Serbia and Kosova, so they can decide what ever they want. One of the artcles i liked was Adriano, others i think should be more objective and not just write down because people from both sides deserve a better life and rest because what is enough is enough, I just hope for Young and fresh politicans to come in power, and start the new Era for all of us.

Kosovars are the people that live in Kosova. People from italy are called ITALIANS, it's called common sense.
