Congratulations to President Tadic. He is truly the type of leader Serbia needs: a leader who is willing and able to work with the international community, but still aware of his duties and obligations as president of Serbia and a spokesman for Serbian communities throughout the Balkans. His donation of the award money will no doubt we well received. The West should not squander this opportunity to nurture good relations with him and his party.
