Day of mourning for Jabukovac victims

The victims of a <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/society-article.php?yyyy=2007&mm=07&dd=28&nav_category=113&nav_id=42695" class="text-link" target= "_blank">shooting rampage </a>that shook the Jabukovac village near Negotin Friday will be burried Sunday at 6 p.m.

Here in Ireland, I only became aware of this terrible tragedy through the B92 website. Nothing in the papers, on radio or on TV. Nothing in the British papers either.
If this happened in the US (as such things often do) it would be front page news.
It just goes to show what (or who) the so-called newsagencies consider important and who controls them.
Sympathies to all in Jabukovac from one Irishman.

Just out of curiousity does any one know where he got his hunting rifle..do people need in Serbia to have a permit? What a huge tragedy! My sympathy goes to all the victims.
