NIS to borrow EUR 282mn

The government is expected to allow the Serbian oil monopoly NIS to take a EUR 282 loan for the modernization of its facilities.

And how about the quality of the fuel, or better yet, the percentage of water added per gallon of gasoline? And it goes for foreign vendors as well, it's a fact one has to travel to Szeged to get decent gas.
