Since when have they checked any borders? I went into Montenegro last week nobody checked me. I don't understand. There is no border between Montenegro and Serbia. If there is, I would like to see. The past year I have come and gone as I pleased to and from Montenegro no looking at my passport or even security.

denying this bishp access to Montenegro seems to me to be a pathetic attempt to gain favour with the EU and, like much of what happens in that part of the world, has nothing to do with justice.

It seems to conveniently escape people's notice, and especially that of the Montenegrin Government, that the wanted Bosnian Serb president, Radovan Karadzic, is a Montenegrin, not a Bosnian or a Serb. he is also said to divide his time on the run between Bosnia and Montenegro where his family is still based.

Yet the Serbs are still said to be responsible for handing him in.

If the Montenegrins really want to show how different they are from the Serbs (which they are not), how do they justify remaining silent about his capture, which is clearly now their responsibility along with the Serb entity of Bosnia, and nothing to do with Serbia itself.

If the allegations are true, this man should be sent to jail. It is criminal to help criminals. As simple as this in all respectable societies. However, I observe that Serbia has a problem with the justice system and the laws.
