what a weakman?? Why dont say "it is a same case...if albanians from Kosovo have right to get state,why serbs from bosnia haven't"

Republika Srpska was built on GENOCIDE, there is a big difference between RS and Kosovo, RS is ILLEGAL, , if the serbs don't like it, big deal, it's not your country.

Which should be the same scenario for the Serb municipalities in Kosovo. Only former Clinton Administration officials writing their memoirs believe Bosnia to be a unified state, and the same will thought of by officials in the US State Department over Kosovo. Federate Kosovo and have Belgrade set up special status relations with the Serb Confederation. One State Two Systems Policy.

Dejan - he is playing politics here and trying to be 'politically correct'. Everyone knows that if greater albania were ever to happen, Republika Srpska would immediately declare independence and join Serbia, as would northern Kosovo. This isn't going to happen, the precedent it would set would cause all the separatist movements around the world to declare independence, and nobody wants this, except maybe the US arms industry.

The difference between RS and Kosovo is that Kosovo existed before the 90's. Milosevic stripped Kosovo of its autonomous status and he was supported by many Serbs. This caused the situation there to degenerate and now we are left with this. RS is a completely artificial state created by the Dayton Peace accords. Kosovo has for hundreds of years been a province of Serbia. Kosovo should remain in Serbia with its autonomous status restored.

Oliver Dulic has nothing smarter to say since he is Croatian! If Kosovo is a special case according to the USA and West, then why can't Republika Srpska be one as well! The Albanians in Kosovo say they cannot live in the same country as the Serbs, then why are the serbs in RS being ignored when they would like to become independent or join Serbia?? The West is so biased against the serbs its not even funny anymore!! For some people that do not see it, the West is trying to control and do whatever they want to a sovereign state like Serbia.

the self-proclaimed "bosnian" goverment under izetbegovic gave a signature to the 2 post-bosnian states, serbia will never give it to "indiependent" kosovo.

the fact´s are pretty clear: western and russian capital in serbia and serb oligarchs want eu-membership and therefore serbia needs as much serbian voices in it ("bosnia" & montenegro). i´m not even counting the friendly states of the region with same interest as serbia (greece, romania, bulgaria).

especially now, where the new constitution of the eu will abort veto-power by member states.

then the eu will function like a version of the eurovision song contest.

but if there stays a connection between eu-membership and kosovo, the experiment "bosnia" will be closed within minutes! who should prevent it?

Mr Dulic, irrespective of his Croatian heritage, is simply playing the diplomatic game. The last thing Serbia wants to do right now is to rattle its neighbours especially with the tense atmosphere surrounding Kosovo. Serbia is in the driving seat, why would Belgrade now do anything provacative which could undermine the political high ground that it has erstewhile occupied until now.

Until Serbia comes to terms with its recent past (massacres,rape,displacement -genocide) they will not understand why the world does not like them, and why nobody expects Kosovars to live under a state that terrorised them. Kosovo was only liberated because of what happened in Srebrenica.
